WALL TEXT
· "Many people often overlook my artwork because they only assess it at the most superficial levels. There are actually a great many ideas buried in my pictures. The real questions to be thinking about are: How does beauty change in life and in death? Can death be beautiful? What does it mean to be beautiful in a life-time? The life of a flower is so short compared to ours, and it goes through similar phases of life in the ways of our biological kin on Earth. What can the flower teach us? Consider the line, "all of the universe is contained in a single flower."
